How do I get the product that I purchase?

The receipt and download history will be displayed on the customer page after you successfully make a payment. We have also sent the order link via email (please check your inbox or spam folder). This step applies only to products sold on Nextdin.

I registered an account during the payment process, but I want to change the profile and password that were automatically provided before. How do I do that?

Please visit the My Account page. You can change your profile information, check your order history, and download your purchased products.

How to download the free product from this website?

To download a free product, add the product to your cart. Continue the checkout process by filling in your email address. The download link will be sent to the provided email address. Please check your inbox or spam folder.

I completed the checkout but did not receive an invoice via email. How?

Please send an email to  nextdinstudio@gmail.com with the email used for checkout.

Can I use free product for commercial use?

Yes, we allow our free product for commercial use. However, it is important for you to comply with the licensing guidelines we have provided. These guidelines detail the limitations and permissions for use to ensure you are using our product in accordance with the terms.

Can I resell your template kits?

It is strictly prohibited to resell our template kits. Nevertheless, you are permitted to utilize the template for your client’s project (third party) provided that each product license is limited to a single use.

Will I get all the assets used in the demo after installing Nextdin’s Template Kit?

Yes, all assets such as icons and images used in the demo will be included in the Template Kit when you install it. However, it’s important to verify the Asset Notes in the Product Info. If the image is not marked as “free for commercial use,” you must license it through the link we provide in the product description, or you can replace it with your own image.

Are the plugins used to support the template included in Nextdin Template Kit?

Yes, supporting plugins other than Elementor are already included in the package. During the import process, you only need to install and activate these plugins through the Required Plugin section to ensure all template features function properly.

Do I need Elementro Pro to install the Nextdin Template Kit?

No, you do not need to install the Elementor Pro plugin because all templates are created with Elementor Free.

Can I share the template files I’ve downloaded to my friends or distribute them through links in my website?

No, you can not. You are not permitted to share the download files with friends or provide the kit templates for download on your website; instead, you must link to the Nextdin Studio website to download or purchase the templates.

My account is blocked because I failed to log in. How do I fix this?

You can reset your password by contacting us at: nextdinstudio@gmail.com. Alternatively, your account will be automatically unblocked after 12 hours.

How do I create an account? I don't see a sign-up option

An account is automatically created for you when you make a purchase (free or paid). Simply provide your information during the checkout process.

Why was my account temporarily blocked?

Our website employs security measures to protect customer data. Multiple incorrect login attempts can trigger a temporary block as a security precaution. This may occur if you’ve entered an incorrect username or password.
