License Agreements

This license is intended only for Nextdin Studio products. Please follow the license requirements based on the category that best suits your needs while using significant assets.

Personal license (Strictly for Graphic Assets)

A personal license is specifically created for independent designers with non-commercial projects. This license permits the use of graphic assets for personal projects or portfolio needs for designers. This license enables you to create final products, like personal portfolio websites, blogs, or nonprofit educational projects.

In addition, this license covers the use of graphic assets on one personal social media account, such as Instagram or Dribbble, with the aim of showcasing non-commercial projects. Naturally, this license coverage does not extend to accounts used for business, promotion, or sales. No one else, aside from the licensee, may distribute or share the assets.

Comercial License

A commercial license is designed for business use and projects aimed at generating profit. This license permits the use of our assets in various commercial projects, subject to specific limitations.

This license is applicable to both personal and commercial purposes in the Nextdin Elementor Template Kit product, including company websites, online stores, and promotional landing pages. The maximal usage of one project per user is one project, such as one client website or one business website. This license also allows team members to exchange product files to facilitate the development of the ultimate product. This license does not limit the number of website visitors when our product is in live use.

Through this license, you can also transfer the final project to a third party or client, but the client is not entitled to use the template outside of the project you have created. If the client wants to use the template for another project, they must purchase a new license.

As for graphic asset products, they can be used for final products, both physical and digital, that will be sold. This license covers use for up to 10,000 units sold. In addition, you are allowed to use these assets on one managed business social media account. This permission includes brand promotions, campaigns, or other content aimed at marketing. You can create unlimited print ads solely for the local market, as well as run paid digital ads with unlimited impressions on platforms like Facebook or Google Ads. However, for the use of broadcast or streaming video, such as TV ads or YouTube content, it is limited to 500,000 viewers over the lifetime.

A commercial license allows product modification to tailor your specific needs, such as color adjustment, elements, images, and the code structure of products from the Nextdin Template Kit.

Extended license

An extended license is designed for large-scale commercial projects. This license includes all the rights of the Commercial License, with fewer restrictions, suitable for web studios, design studios, and agencies.

The Nextdin Elementor Template Kit product is permitted for use across various commercial projects without the need of obtaining a new license for each project. This licensing agreement includes a total of 50 end product users, applicable to installations, clients, or digital products sold. The license lets you use the template to create digital products, like ready-made websites for clients, web apps, or paid digital items, which can be resold or used in big projects like business websites, multi-user SaaS, and large educational sites.

This license permits usage across various client projects without the need of acquiring further licenses for each individual project. However, your clients do not obtain the right to use the template beyond the scope of the agreed-upon project with you as the license.

On the other hand, for Graphic Assets products, you are granted unlimited rights to use them in final products, both physical and digital, for sale. In other words, there is no limit to the number of products you can sell. The number of business social media accounts also has no limitations, as long as the accounts are still owned and managed by the license holder. This license also allows the use of assets in broadcasts or video streaming, such as TV ads or YouTube content, without restrictions on the number of viewers for all time.

You also have unlimited access to paid digital ads and print ads for both local and global markets. This makes it easier for you to have more freedom in developing your product. In addition, you are allowed to use our assets in one native app, web application, or video game without any specific conditions.

This license grants you the right to modify our product to meet your needs or those of your clients, including modifications to colors, layout design elements, and code structure of the template kits.
