Purchasing the product only grants you a license to use it, not ownership of the assets.

Each digital product from Nextdin (not including products from the Themeforest Elementor Template Kit) has a different license based on its usage (Personal, Commercial, and Extended Commercial). You are required to read the license terms before using the product. 4. Purchase

Products available through the Cart may be purchased at the prices and pricing tiers displayed on our website at the time of purchase. You may be required to provide certain information relevant to the payment process.

By completing a purchase, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions applicable to the payment methods used, including those of PayPal and debit or credit card providers.

Once payment has been successfully completed, all transactions are final. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, or unlawful transactions.

Refund Terms and Conditions

Refunds will be issued only in cases where an issue arises due to our error or failure. Refund eligibility is subject to the following conditions:

The product contains significant technical defects that prevent it from functioning as intended, including but not limited to corrupted or incomplete download files, products that cannot be properly imported, or critical errors in the core code.
The downloaded file does not substantially match the description or preview provided on our website.
Refund requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase. Any refund request submitted after this period will be automatically denied.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for issues beyond our control, including but not limited to the following:

Errors made during the purchase process, such as selecting the incorrect product or license.
Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product after purchase.
Product malfunction resulting from inadequate system requirements, including but not limited to outdated versions of WordPress, Elementor, or insufficient hosting specifications.
Issues related to third-party products, assets, or services that are not created or provided by us, including third-party licensed images or assets.
Issues arising from user error or a lack of technical knowledge regarding the use of our products.

Refund Request Procedure

Include the order number/invoice number, purchase date, and a detailed explanation of the issue along with attached evidence such as screenshots or videos.
Our team will verify the issue within a maximum of five business days. We also reserve the right to request additional information during this process.

Our products and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind implied. We do not warrant that our website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or continuously available.

We make no guarantees that our products will meet your specific requirements or that they will be fully compatible with all third-party software, plugins, or services not expressly stated by us.

The use of the website, service, and product of Nextdin for any purpose related to the law violation, system damage, or copyright violation is strictly prohibited. Specifically, reselling, distributing, sharing, or renting Nextdin digital assets (template kits, graphic assets, etc.) as standalone products or violating intellectual property rights is strictly prohibited.

Use of any assets beyond the scope of the license purchased, including but not limited to using a Personal License for commercial purposes, is strictly prohibited. You are also prohibited from using our products or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes, including but not limited to uploading or distributing threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise harmful content, or impersonating any individual or entity.

Last, any actions that threaten the security, performance, or reliability of the Site are not allowed, such as hacking, scraping, sending malware, viruses, or other harmful software, or gathering personal information from other users without their permission.

Under no circumstances shall Nextdin, its directors, employees, or any related parties be liable for any form of loss, claim, or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, or replacement costs arising from your use or inability to use our services or products.

Our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, regardless of the jurisdiction governing the exclusion or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages.
